My GC was approved about 4 months back. My wife's case (dependent..late addition..on ead/ap) is still pending. What are the risks of changing job now ?
What I mean is .. Can CIS ask any information pertaining to my 485 application/I-140/labour etc for processing my wife's cases ?
Have you heard of RFE issued for dependent 485 case asking employer specific information of the primary ?
I would like to avoid going back to my current employer for information after change the job. Please share your experience.
