job change and RFE.

Hi guys,

I received RFE yesterday for employement letter and two pay stubs(myself), birth certificate affidavit ( my wife). After changing job I did not notify BSIC. Do I need to fill any form for this change of job or just send my new employement letter with RFE notice?

Please advice me.....
 
Just New Employment Letter

New Employment Letter with Title, Job Duties, Salary and Continuation of Employment for you and DOB Affadavits (TWO) for your wife.

As I know there is no form for change of job. You can ask your attorney to write up a covering letter.
 
Ask your attorney to mention AC21 clause (which allows you to change after 6 months of pending 485 petition) in the covering letter to BCIS. Any how he may allready know this but better watch out and ensure that this clause is mentioned in the letter.
 
tamasha77: My case is same. I got a RFE for (1) Employment Letter mentioning Title, Job Duties, Salary and Continuation of Employment. (2). Last 6 pay stubs (3). Birth Certificate.

Even I never informed BCIS about job change. Let me know, how u r replying to BCIS: if u r submiting just the Employer Letter or AC21 also?

I don't have an Attorney. So I'm doing all work by myself.

Employment letter needed for RFE

Hi,

Is there anyway you can mail me or post the Employment letter you had mailed out to INS in response to the RFE you received after you changed the company after 180days of 485 (AC 21). please send it to graopv@yahoo.com

I have also received an RFE after I changed company after 180 days of applying 485 and I did not inform INS earlier.

Would very sincerely appreciate your help
