Hello all.
My current EAD expired in mid October and organization is moving at a slow pace to renew it. I am still working on my H1, which is valid until mid of next year. I am on the 11th year of H1. Will I be able to use that H1 to change my job in January 2011? Will the new organization be able to submit a fresh EAD for me? Or do I have to be with the current organization till EAD renewal is processed?
