job change after EAD

I am a physician
Filed for I 485 8/03 Via LC
I have EAD
Can I change job ?
go from office practice to hospitalist job ?
form a PC (Private corporation / own business)?
If I change job and go to PC can I have problems with
RFE (request for evidence)?
Any suggestions advice
