Job change after 485

Hi ,

I filed my I485 application along with my spouses in Nov\'99.
I received my I-485 approval, but my spouses case was transfered
to local INS.

I\'m planning to change my job now. Will that
in any way effect the pending case ?

Are there any precautions that I can take for
the pending case ? I do plan to have an
attorney during the possible interview.
