Would like to have some insight about job change after 3 years fulfill j1 waiver having NIW approved.what steps should be taken to keep NIW valid with new job or do I have to reapply from scratch with new job.
Some people say I-140 nedd to be ammended ,how? do I need a new state letter of support for new job if I change state .I am a conrad state 30 .
