Job change after 180 days

I filed my 485 in July 2007 RUSH, and my I140 Approved already,
If i change my job now, is there any chance that my current employer withdraw my I140, or is it safe to change employer
 
Means that the new employer will readily support your case in case of an RFE.
Before joining, mention to the new employer that you're using AC21 and that they should support you if need be, that's all.
