Job change after 180 days?

I will be really thankful if you can post your comments on this.
Can a employer revoke I 140 or I 485 petitions if I change my job after completing 180 days from 485 ND using the AC21 law.

The answer is No they cannot revoke(bad luck for the employers) . And I believe it is 180 days after Receive Date not Notice Date . - Confer with a lawyer

Are you sure the 180 days start by RD not ND ?
Due to mail room backlog, the ND can be couple of month late
that RD .
