Job Change after 180 days; Salary Requirement

I have the following questions:

1. If a person changes a job after 180 days of waiting for I-485 approval, and accepts a new job with similar duties, does the new job\'s salary match the old one.?
2. What if the salary offered at the new job location is less than the old job for which the labor condition was approved)? Will it be a problem?

Any thoughts ion this issue. Please post.
