Job change after 140

Hi
I understand from FAQs that after 140 is approved, I can change job and carry my PD (even though I need to start the PERM again).
However, some people say that in such case, if the previous employer revokes the 140 at any time, I will loss my PD.

Is this true? Are there risks in changing job after 140 approval?

Yes, if the employer revokes the I-140 before you are able to port the priority date to the new application, you lose the PD.

Hi
thanks for the reply. One additional question ---

What do you mean by revoked before you port your PD. Does that mean that once the new PERM has filed , revokation of old 140 will not impact the PD
OR
Once the new Labor is approved, revokation of old 140 will not impact the PD

OR
once the new 140 is approved, revokation of old 140 will not impact the PD

OR .... something else

You port the old date at the filing of the next I-140, or if the next I-140 has already been filed, port to the I-485.
