Job Change after 140 approved and 485 pending 12 months

Hello All,

I just wanted some suggestion from you all gurus.

I am here in US on a L-1A visa (manager) and had filed 140 and 485 in dec 2002. My I140 is been approved sept 03.

Now , I have got an job offer with a fortune 100 company. Should I take up the position as the position is 80%-90% same as what i do now.

I did get 2 RFEs for my I140. which makes a bit sacred regarding getting an RFE for 485.

i have to join the new company between mid jan, 2004.

Please let me know your suggestion about what should i do?

Anijo,

I think you should be fine using AC21 as your I-140 has already been approved and you have completed more than 180 days since yor I-485 got filed.
