One month after applying for 485 ( PD Mar'02 ) lost job, now after 6 months have got a job, planning to use AC21 and change job, but new company is small consulting company ( around 5 people working ) , will this create any problem.
If the job is equivalent (title/responsibility) to the old job and the salary is equal or more than that has been given in the LC application, you should be ok, in my opinion. However you can clarify with your attorney..
At the 485 stage, I don't think the company size matters as long as you're working in the same category under which your LC was filed and your salary is about the same. This salary thing is a new issue raised by INS lately. But with the recession I'm pretty sure they'll have to provide some leeway since salaries have gone down across the board.
