Job cahnge after GC approval

I got my GC approved in April and now my client want me to join permanently else I will lose job, job description is same, how soon can one change jobs afer getting GC approval, dont have card yet.
I know this has been discussed so many times but I would like to know for sure as no one seems to be sure about it.
Pls reply if you have any idea or if you know somebody who has changed jobs after 3 months.

Should not be a problem

The law says "You shud work for the sponsorer for reasonable period of time". How much is reasonable ? it is upto INS to decide. NObody can come up with a figure. As of I know many people change jobs immidietly after getting GreenCard. I dont think it will be a issue. You can always say that because of uncertainity in market you had to take this decision. I dont think it will be a factor in rejecting anybodies citizenship application.
