I have been working for my employer (and GC Sponsor) since October 2000. My 485 was approved towards the end of Dec 2004. All these years I was getting paid by hour and fixed hourly rate.
As I did not take much vacation in the past, I want to go on two month vacation. During this time I get paid @ 30 hours/wk (but the same hourly rate) per the understanding I and my employer already have. After two months I will go back to my current job and probably extra hours, if not 40 hrs/wk. If I leave this employer after six months, say towards the end of June 2005, would it give any problem because of the two month pay at less hours? My job title and responsibilities don't change.
