I have found a job, nothing great but something to hang on after I complete 180 days with the old company. I will be completing 180 days with the old employer on Aug last week and thereafter Mid of sep I will be starting with the new company. They have agreed to give me a letter with same capacity, similar salary and same titles as GC was filed. I think I cannot work there before I complete 180 days with the old employer..I sometimes wonder, this paperwork is all messed up, people always misrepresent their situations. Hopefully, things should settle in a few month.....

I think you can start working with new company and tell them to give the paycheck from first week of september meanwhile you can show this period as vacation.
