JIT Moved above EAD applied date

I applied for EAD on july 25 and now the JIT date is Aug 06th.

I have not received any response from INS and my case is pending.

Do I have to call the service center and talk to them about this or it will take some more time ?

Any July EAD filers still waiting for approval of EAD.

Did you file concurrently ? Same thing happened to my EAD and I filed concurrently.

I'm thinking because of concurrent filing they are holding my EAD until my I-140 is approved.

I filed EAD on 7th Jul. I have been sent RFE. But neither i nor my lawyer received yet. So, I do not know what this RFE about.

It is EAD renewal.

Priyaraman, i think its better to wait

for one more week and if nothing shows up, you may want to contact NCSC

my 2 cents

this is from my 2 asd exp.
It sometimes take 2 months from the time they say the processing date.
so if they have crossed the date of yours then wait for 1-2 months for the card to turned up.
I know these i bad. But this is how some time it works.
Everything depends on luck.
