JIT 04/15 - March'02 still pending

JIT has moved to 04/15. I am March'02 case which is still pending. Last touch date March 15.

Well here is what I am going to do.
1. Call my lawyer and ask them to push INS and ask for justification
2. Fax inquiry INS
3. Call INS and ask for justification
4. Their email csc.xii.485@usdoj.gov does not work. Let me know if anybody knows the correct email

Question: Can I email senator Boxer and feinstein?? And how do I write to California congressman? Whats the address?

Anything else I can add to this list? Why they are bluffing us?

They can't push INS. They can only send in an inquiry. Believe me, I've tried it.

You have to print and fill out a form there. Send a personal letter along.

Because they do not care, because IIOs earn just about enough to treat their kids to half a MCD monthly, when their wives are not flipping them

ruxrux - I see you have knocked every door for your approval. And it did not help. It seems They just approve few cases randomly and move the JIT. If you are lucky , you get it. I see you have tried all options. And I believe you will get your approval soon. I will start my campaign from next week.
