Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way!

Just want to share my happiness with everone in this Forum. Today I got the email from USCIS saying that our 485s have been approved. This is really the best Christmas gift I could imagine.

Thanks to everybody in this forum and Good Luck to everyone.

I-140 ND 11/7/03, AD 12/10/04
I-485 ND 11/7/03, AD 12/15/04
FP: 1/23/04

I-140 LUD changed twice (on 11/22/04 and 11/23/04)
I-485 No LUD until received the approval notice.

Congrats..... And did U guys take the infopass appointment..... For some reason I get a message saying that there are no appointments available at Charlotte.

AJ1999,

Can you please tell me when was your reply to 140 RFE received? Thanks in advance.
 
RFE was for I140 to show for the documents to prove the ability to pay the wage.

RFE was issued on 23rd November 2004. Got the document for RFE request on 8th December. Lawyer responded on 10th December. LUD and Message changed on 13th(or 14th Dec). I140 and I1485(3 applications) got approved on 15th December
