I worked for A company with H1 before and apply for GC by A. After submitted I140, I changed job to B with another H1, but A didn\'t cancel my I140, only request me coming back to work after GC being approved. In july 2001, I140 approved and I filed 485. Unfortunitely, A closed business due to financial problem in Nov. my question is: Can I use AC21 to get GC since I filed 485 more than 180 and I have a similar job now as described on my LC? Is there any chance to be approved for my situation if RFE being issued? How should I answer if a Verification letter being issued? Your answer would be greatly appreciately.
