Myself and my wife got our immigrant visas through consular processing; but there is one issue for which I would really really appreciate your input:
- For my wife, the medical tests done show a Class B2 (Inactive and noninfectious TB). The consular officer gave her the visa saying she is fit to travel since it is class B2; however on her visa page - they have put a stamp that says Class B person - need attention of USPHS at POE.
- Now, when we enter the US, will we get the GC stamp (I-551) on the passport; or will my wife have to do more tests in the US?
- Also, if they call my wife for deferred inspection, and don\'t grant her stamp on the passport at the POE because of her medicals, will they atleast give a stamp on my passport? The reason that this is important is because I do have to travel internationally on work; since my current project in outside the US. So, after I enter the US, I will be there just for 1 week, and will then need to leave US for a couple of months

Your suggestions will really be truly appreciated in this time of trouble for us
Thanks
