JIM MILLS - please help - AC-21: Can u get ETA 750 B (LC job desc) by changing lawyer

Hi All,

I changed jobs after 180 days and need to file AC-21. However, my sponsoring employer is not willing to give me a copy of the LC (says it is company property) which I need for "similar job" requirements. The lawyer is company sponsored and hence would not help either.

Can I file a change of lawyer and get a copy of the LC? What is the specific document that I require for job desc - ETA 750B?

Gurus - Jaxen, Jim Mills, et al - please advise how to move forward..

Pretty simple and easy(just read the thread given here)

Just don't worry. It is pretty simple and straight forward under FOIA. It might take upto 60 days but you will certainly get it yourself without paying even single cent! Just read the thread below. I personally know couple of people who got it using FOIA withing 45-60 days(from the day the sent first letter) in California. Regards,
