Hello please help.
My 485 was received on 12/06/01 and I did my FP 02/26/02. I am here on an L1 visa, I sent in my extension and have not received the extension yet. INS said they required more info,more info was sent and have not heard anything yet. Do I need to worry about L1 or does my 485 supper seed L1.Should I try and file for EAD. Another problem is that the company that I have my L1 through will file BK and end of March. PLEASE HELP VERY WORRIED. THANKS.
