I got an RFE at 1-140 requesting for more evidence. While filing I 140 I opted for AOS. Now while replying for the RFE do we have an option to change AOS to CP. In case I need to file I824 to convert to CP will it take the same amount of time to adjudicate I-140 or we may have to wait for a long time. Pl Advice.
