My spouse’s EAD got approved on April 3, 2002 and received the EAD card on April 8, 2002

My AVM still shows the same old message (received your EAD application etc..) Is it a normal situation or something strange?

Should I contact INS for finding out my EAD?

Duh

Charter a plane and jet down to the SC. Something is horrendously, grotesquely whacky. Or maybe INS rates your spouse\'s skills better than yours. Yeah, I know... it sucks!
 
ok... this guy takes the cake

btw, when you receive your GC approval, you are will not be considered a permanent resident until you hear the AVM say so.
