I did applied for I485 in Sep2002..I don't have any time left on H1B and got EAD and AP. My son 3 years old got AP valid 12/11/03.
Iam planning for his education in INDIA..so he is going in April03.
My question is:
1> Can we renew his AP while he is out of country??
2> Can i travel couple of times on AP before it expires(INS gave me 2 sheets only)??
3>After getting GC for my son(It may take another 2 years),
He should stay hear 6 months a year to maintain his GC status?? How it works??
