Hi,
My company is asking me to go on unpaid vacation for 2 months. I haven\'t completed 180 days since I applied for AOS. They adviced me to use EAD to go on vacation and this will complete 180 days period. After 2 months my company says that it will standby my case in case INS sends any RFE.

Do you think this is safe ? Or is it a must for to have paychecks for 180 days and switch the company.
Please help!!
