This is a common question regarding H1B and H4...please help.
I am working with a company A on H1B and my wife has an H4 untill Nov\'2002.
An other company B applied for my H1B and H4 for my wife , My question is will there be any problem with H4 or H1B if I don\'t join the new company B.H1B and H4 not yet approved.
Please let me know.
