Jim and others! Do I mention this rule in I485 app or use it on RFE?

I have 6 days of unauthorized employment.

First Option
Just put in my I20s and H1 approval copies and say nothing. If INS finds the 6 day gap and comes back to me, then I ask them to use INA 245(k)

Second Option
Disclose it in the I485 app and ask them to apply INA 245(k) to my case

Help!!
