hi my J1 waiver is now in the I-612 stage in INS texas. RD 29jan2003, my wife is on J2 visa and has to continue her residency from 1st july(she currently is on J2, i was hoping that my waiver comes in time and she continues on independent H1)i have not signed a contract for extension to 3rd year of my fellowship
1.can u suggest any way to expidite the I-612(i have requested the senator)
2. the waiver is already been approved by DOS, if i apply for J1 extension does it interfere with the waiver process already underway, does ECFMG permit it.
3.the date for I-612 s running at 9/17/02 in texas since few months, my is AD from 1/29/2003 , can any one anticipate the approximate time of my waiver approval
