Hi, I am a J1 holder (18 months), I am a trainee and my company had decided hire me as a full employee.
Can I change my status ( I have the 2 years RR) but my company is gonna send me abroad (Singapore Branch) as a full employee and them I should come back with an L-1 visa.
Do I have to wait 2 years?
Do I have to come back to my country to apply (SIngapore is not my birth country).
How long time do I have to wait in Singapore...my company did that with some trainees but they do not have the 2 years RR.
