As per law, once after GC gets approved, you need to join the future employer. Say for example one doesnt join the company that sponsored his GC after his GC gets approved, will that create a problem when he applies for a Citizenship??

People say so - yes it will be a problem.

It will put a doubt on your intent.
 
Logically yes , if there is a problem if u join diff co. once your I-140 approved and I-485 is pending :D
 
If this be the case, then no one would get citizenship in US, as everyone just waits to get their EAD or I140 to get approved and after completing 485 days jump to another company..

I dont think that anyone would ever even stay at this present market trend with the same company after 485 gets approved..

I am, frankly, not aware of citizenship issues much, cause I am not interested about it. I was just quoting what people's opinion are!

Life After Green card is a better section to post such issues.
