Jaxen& others help FP rescheduling

I have just received the Fingerprinting Notice and it is scheduled on October 16 but I am leaving for India, I talked to my lawyer and he said that he has also received the copy of my FP notice and he will request for the rescheduling of my FP and will mail the Notice to INS.
My concern is that I have also received the FP at my address and I have option to reschedule and for that I should mail them the Notice that I have received.

I am in confusion because lawyer said no need to send my copy as he is sending the FP notice that he received for me and a letter to INS ( where I am supposed to get FP) .

Will it be fine if Lawyer sends the notice and request letter for rescheduling of my FP?
I am worried, as I have to leave for India in a week and will be back end of October.
Any suggestions?

Before Rescheduling go to INS office and ask for FP, tell them you are leaving to India during that time. I think they will do it
 
I do not know the actual reason for your postponing FP, if you are going to bring your wife on H4 and then you want to attach her with your pending I-485 then do not go to Fingerprinting office they may tell you to do it, if not the above reason then you can try i do not know if they will FP you before the date.

I hope if the lawyer writes a letter for FP Rescheduling for you I do not see anything wrong becase lawyer represents you before INS.
