Hi,
I am planning to go for H1b ext stamping in India and during filling the form DS 156, I had a doubt regarding a Question in
DS 156.

The Question says:

31. HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT VISA PETITION ON YOUR BEHALF?

I got my I-140 approved . SO do I need to say Yes OR NO for this question.
Do I-140 considered as an Immigrant Visa Petition?.
