My wife\'s company said that they wont do the transfer, so i have to do it myself.
It looks pretty easy but i have just 2 questions!!
On part 3, it states the following:
Question2:
Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse?
I answered YES, and gave my wife\'s Reciept number # LIN XXXXXX
Question3:
Is this application based on a seperate petition or application to give your spouse an extension or change of status?
Options:
NO
YES, filed with this I-139
YES, Filed previously and pending with INS. INS receipt number : LIN XXXXX
I chose the third option! Is this right?
Question4:
If you answered "YES" to Question 3, give name of petitioner or applicant:
I gave my wife\'s Name.
If the petition or application is pending with INS, also give the following:
Office filed at: I put N/A Filed on (MM/DD/YYYY) I put N/A
Because her application is not pending! Am i right! Does this look right!
PLEASE PLEASE Help coz i cant afford to go to a lawyer for this!!
One more question i have is my 1-94 number is not the same as my h-1 i-94 number! is this a problem? Because i have to submit the 1-94!
