Jaxen/Ginnu experts pl answer question

In DS157, List all countries you have entred in the last ten years.
(Give year of each visit).

Do I have to put duration of dates of each visit like
FEB 2003 – April 2003 ------- Visited India
April 2003 ---- Entered USA.

Or just say

Feb 2003 – Visited India for vacation
April 2003 – Entered USA.

Also I worked for a company in emirates. Do I have to show employment dates (Stay period.

Feb 1999 --- dec 1999
Or just say

Feb 1999 --- Visited Emirates for employment.

Please respond.
 
Just the country and year of visit should do it....they are asking for country and year not anythng more than that.
