January Visa Bulletin is out!

EB3 for India has moved past the April 30th hurdle.
I guess thats a good thing !!!
Hopefully the next few months see some rapid movement.
 
F2A moving slow

F2A has moved forward 15 days, along with the retrogression that has happened, that's a 15 day progression from April 2006's VB. :'( i hope it picks up rapidly for the next month at least ! i'm only 21 days away !
(i had my hopes up for this month looks like i have to wait some more)
 
The F1 category is really starting to depress me... have they really exhausted all quotas that it can't move past this april 22 2001 ??? Last move was from what April 15 to April 22 and that what now? A year ago? If it moves a week every 1.5 years... might as well pack up and go :) February 13 2002 here!!!
 
I've been waiting, and waiting. I'm 8 days away and this current PD has not moved forward, I just don't know whats to do. Shit I can't even go back to my since i haven't been there in 18 years and wouldn't know where to pick up the pieces.

I saw an LUD on my pending I-485 today. I am wondering, what they are cooking, an approval or transferring my case to local office. I had an RFE for medical it was done and was rcvd by them. I hope something good will happen to me. Waiting very patiently for a long time. Lots of ups and downs and family members passed away, lot of things are boiling in my heart. Did not see my mother for the last seven years.

Hope they will not transfer my case to local office. Employment based, India, EB3 and will be current in January. and waiting for my approval. Pls think me in your prayers friends.
