While we have been seeing some movement in January cases from the script runs over ecent weeks, we are now seeing this reflected in Rupnet.

In the week on 8/18 we say 1 RFE, in the week of 8/25 we saw 2 and thus far this week there have been 4 more.

when was that official back log started at NSC due to asylee and religious worker processing? Just curious if that coincides with what we are seeing here.

Thanks for your report. I suspect the ones are approved are not regular filers. the reason I am saying this is that me and my spouse filed together but did not get sequential numebrs. The numbers inbetween us were all approved. wonder whetehr they are special cases to begin with...

Possible regular cases too. Last week I was talking to my attorney and ccording to her they have cases pending from Oct 01 but got approved fom Jan, Feb and Mar 02. Regular EB2 and EB3.
 
Peace_of-mind, interesting info.! Thanks for sharing this. My lawyer simply told me that they did not get anything for the past 8 weeks for I-485 cases. Will law firms, locations and stuff other than LIN numbers make difference?

it is true that there is some movement in Jan 02 Cases. My online status indicates that they issued a RFE on 08/22, though I have receive it yet

Is "approved card ordered" same

as "approved" these days? Have they changed the approval format notice and directly jump into ordering card?

Above data lacks regular approvals which statistically should have one or two.... my own opinion.
 
4 More Today

We are now up to 14 RFE's for January cases (up from 10 yesterday). It is clear that January cases are now being looked at .

Cases seem to be in the date range 1/1 to 10/1

My case EB2-India RD Jan 10 (LIN02085*****) recd RFE on 08/26 as per online BCIS case status . My husband recd RFE too. :) Happy to see some movement.
