I-140: ND Jan 14th 2004 (Yes 2004) - No LUD change since Jan 2004 - Approved in June first week of 2005
I-485: ND Jan 14th - LUD changed after EAD approval and FP (April 2005)
Approved in June first week of 2005 along with I140
