Fingerprinting done in 1.5 Months.
140 = Approved in 3.5 months with one RFE.
EAD Approved in 8 days after 140 was approved.

Long Wait starts now for 485.....................

Hi All,

Is there any way to track the actual processing timings of I-485 ?
I have checked some web sites like, www.immigration.com and immihelp.com, but they are still showing old dates.

got I140/EAD/AP approved in May. I have been Trackin I485 for last fivr month it is just stuk over 08/22/01. it is not at all moving. looks like a very long wait for GC.

Does that mean I should be getting my approval for I140/EAD/AP for me and my wife next month?

Did you got FP notice? In NSC EAD and AP is issued after I140 approval. It took 3.5 for I140 approval from RD for me and within a week after I 140 approval i got EAD and AP for me and my wife.
