Jan02 approved but derivative not approved

Hi,
I have been visiting this forum frequently and found this very useful thanks for maintaining such a informative forum.

Yesterday I checked my status and it says it has been approved on 14th July.
My RD was 01/09/2002
ND 01/23/2002
FP 04/14/2002
AP 07/14/2003
EAC 02-092-5******

My wife's case is still same "Recieved results of fingure print...."
but my son's case status is not showing in the search It says this case could not be found at this time please contact the NSC.

I talked to the IIO this morning she said that my son's case is still in the system but it is not showing on the site/AVM because of some system issues

Does some one has any ideas about such missing case situation ?

You might get GC for your kid shortly. There are various such posts about kids GC approval. Just perform a search..................

Exactly same thing happened to me as well. My case was approved on July 15 and from that day only my son's status started showing 'Could not found in the system'. My wife's status is still the same as 'FP received ..... Case resumed'.

When I talked to IIO, he took down the receipt # and A# for them and said he would forward my query to VSC and I should expect to hear some response in 3-4 weeks.

So that's all we can do since we are used to it, just wait.

Since your FP date is 04/24/2002, you might be approved on or before 07/24/2003. Goodluck.

Do you know the thread regarding 'kids GC approval'. I tried to search but could not get any results.
