Nebraska should have been doing better than it has lately with all the receipting backlog cleared up and newly hired contractors but the updates doesn't reflect much progress! Having said that, trackitt does show quite a few approvals from Nebraska for early July NDs which is a couple of months ahead of the dates mentioned in the update - and that's very typical. I just fear that there's a huge pile of I140 pending for June and July filers though that shouldn't really be related to I485 dates becoming current back then but then there were people holding up filing I140 until I485 was filed which would cause I140 to some sync with I485 filing dates. Progress in coming months would depend upon this chunck of filers. Again, trackitt shows a lot of June filers awaiting I140 approval pointing to the fact that these were quite a few. Also, with BECs getting shut down in the second half, a lot of LCs were approved close to that which would hinder I140 approval movement.
