Jan/Feb - Packet-3 guys , OF-230 or DS-230 which forms for Packet-3,

I got my I-140 cleared in Nov-2001.
I will be sending Packet-3 now Jan-30-2002.

NVC sent the OF- Forms in Nov-2001.
I believe we are supposed to use the DS Forms from 2002.

Lawyer is sending OF- Forms .

IS ANYONE ELSE SENDING OF- Forms ?? IS it OK , since my I-140 was done in Nov-2001, and NVC has mailed OF-230 Forms.
