PD is moving forward by 6 months in every month, if you see the trend. Of course it is too early to talk of trend. But I hope it moves atleast by 6 month every month if not years.
 
PD for EB3 will be stuck in April 2001 for a very long long time, ofcourse unless there is any change made by legislation.

They have to take care 10s of 1000s of illegal immigrants before they get to the dirty legal immigrants. April 30, 2001 was the deadline for illegal immigrants to file for GC amnesty. This program was signed for by our great Bill Clinton.

This great man also signed AC21 without which you would have gone back after 6 years on H1, not mention the changing jobs 6 months after filing 485.
 
Does he still have considerable influence to the Democrat side of house and senate? - If yes, should we appeal his help?
