Why is every country (EB3) stuck at 2001?

Guys and Gals,

I know about the 245i (unskilled and undocumented workers) filing by the thousands in April 01 but that should affect on the unskilled workers category. The country quota for China, India and other countries should keep their dates moving past April 01. Why then are dates for almost every EB3 country moving to April 01 and getting stuck? Anyone have a good reason?

EB3 dates are very frustating still JUN99

total uncertanity, I forgot my GC......................................

no hopes in near future

desi employers are sucking as well many employers not ready to give full time on EAD thats total injustice and unfair.

whole GC process of U.S. is useless.

there is no country in a world takes very long... time to give GC for employment based and gives lot pain, frustation as well.

due to this U.S. loosing many things.

I dont understand what lawmakers, policymakers are doing, they only reducing the speed of economy in a large.
