Guys,

Just wondering if you guys could share your thoughts.

Is USCIS going to process the pending EB-3 I-140 applications that are filed concurrently before Jan 1st 2005. The Fujie Ohata memo going to be implemeted from next week? If so, do we have to wait for I-140 till the I-485s are touched. Please let me know what you guys think.

In my opinion, Your I-140 can be adjudicated whenever the immigration service is ready to work on it. And your I-485 application for permanent residence cannot be adjudicated until your priority date is current.
