what do you think it is good or bad...
what is the chances that it may get approved after replying for RFE..

Give me a break. My RD is April 2003, finished my second FP two months ago, got nothing yet. You think you can get approved with ND of Jan 2004. Wait another year or two. Think about the people who have been waiting much longer before you, is it fair to them? dont they have a life to live? do they deserve longer waiting for the people try to cut in line? Stop those nonsense crap in the forum. Be considerate.

Hi you can't stop, if they approve the case. Is it fair not to follow FIFO, is something different. Think about yourself, don't discourage others. You just joined the forum this month only. Look at the other threads that have been posted since last two years. There are several approvals that have been granted to people who filed later than the then current processing date. We cannot stop it. Even if this case is approved tomorrow or next week or next month, you can't stop it. We must be happy for other fellow has little luck than us. Its not their mistake, if USCIS approve their case or move their case. If we have answer we can provide and lets wish good luck to every one.
 
I don't know if it is a good one or bad one unless you tell us what RFE is about because we have no way to think what your RFE is about and no way to determine if it is a good one or bad one.
