Our dates are exactly same. Difference being we gave the FP1 early as we were going out of town on scheduled date. So FP1 is already expired for us.

Many of the 1/25 folks have FP1 expiring in next two to three weeks.

I am actually collecting all 485 cases for EAC03087 (1/25/02 ND). Taking too much time in scanning as CIS is allowing only 250 cases before deneing access. Lets see, if any thing happens in next couple of months :eek:

Last updated date changed...!!

I don't know if it mean any thing, Last updated date on our I-485 cases changed to 6/8/04. Our FP1 expired last week and AP2 is pending, but no change in those updated dates since received in May 1st week.

Hopefully some thing comes out of this last touch :)

Did any Jan '03 cases got their dates updated?
 
My case data has been changed in April 22 2004, reg. last Updated date.

Note on "Last Updated" date:
Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.

Did anyone from jan 2003 RD get FP2 notices. I did my FP1 in april and it would expire in july. Not received fp2 till now.

My wife got an intent to deney notice asking for her old H1 on 17th Jun 2004, replied on 23st June 2004. The online status still says your finger print result where recived on 11th april 2003 and processing has resumed ...

The last updated date for both myself is 28th april 2004 and that for my wife is 21 June 04, there has been no update for her since we sent out the reply to intent to deny notice. Our FP should expire on july 11th hope to see some change in last updated date arround that time.

Need advice please

MY EAD:2 application is pending for more than 90 days and I am still waiting for the approval. Meanwhile my H1/b renewal approval came in less than 60 days( normal time require :120 days). Can some body please advice whether I need to worry? or is it indicating something on my 485 process...My case details are as follows:

As far as i know h1 and EAD are 2 different processes. From your signature EAD2 ND is 5/25. It is not 90 days yet.

You dont need to worry as long as you are working on H1. If you are working on EAD then you can't work after expiry of ead even if your application is pending for renewal.

LUD for mine and my spouse's applications changed to 6/30/04. My FP1 is expiring on July 2nd. Did anyone notice any change to LUD and hear anything. I called customer service yesterday and asked if i would get FP2 notice. Today i see the change in LUD. Can they send FP2 even before FP1 expires?
