Dear Friends,
My I-485 was filed at Vermont Service Center with
Notice date: 1/28/02
FP date: 4/5/02
My case was filed as a derivative beneficiary, however my lawyer confirmed with me that my case filed as employment-based.
I have not received any response ever since, not even a 2nd finger print notice!
The INS customer service (1-800 inquiry #) will not let me investigate into the case, because on the VSC processing dates, it is currently processing ND of 2/15/02, which means it's not more than 30 days past my ND.
Anything you would recommend me to do at this point? I am worried of not receiving/hearing/inaction of doing anything that may give me SOME clue, after waiting for more than 2 years!
Through this forum, I have seen so many others have received response of some sort with ND after mine. so maybe you know of some good ways to track and act! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
