Hello,

I was checking my AOS Case for Jan 2001, the AVM Says case not found.
Is the AVM Database has still problems, Do you guys had experienced this problem, which cases were in progress, and how much time, it takes for jan 2001 cases.

What is the meaning of AVM.
How to find out the status of AOS application. Is it possible to find out the details of the I485 application filed on Mar 2001.

I have same situation. My ND is Jan 01. AVM says "No information can be found at this time." My guess is we will have to wait till Nov. 01 , when officers will start looking our cases.

I have the same problem for last 2 months. ND 3/7/2001, AVM says "Case NOT FOUND, GO AWAY!!!!!".

I heard the same message when I called AVM couple of weeks back. It doesn\'t mean anything. After hearing that message I spoke with an IIO.
She found my case and she told me that it is going to take another
6-7 months for approval. Hang in there guys!! I am guessing our turn will come with in 4-5 months.

Dial 802-527-4913 24hrs;
press 1 for English
1 again and enter ur EAC number (use number 3 for E, 2 for A and C!!);
Press 0 as soon as u finish hearing the status to talk to an IIO (Immigration information officer) but only between 8am-3pm Eastern Time
