Hi All,

I want to share the happy news with all of you. I got my I140/485 approval confirmation emails today 11/1/2004. Recieved I140 & I485 emails for myself -- My wife's I485 has not been approved yet.

I have to thank everyone who have been keeping the forum alive and everyone's hope up.

There were no changes to the LUD. Not even for finger prints.

Good luck to all for a speedy approval.

Hi , youre ead approved on 03/xx/04 would be valid till 03/xx/05. Why did you apply for another EAD so soon ? I am just asking because my EAD expires on 03.xx.05 and I was going to apply for renewal in December 04.

1. used substitute labor.
2. What was the date the labor was filed?

The attorney for our company normally apply for renewals for us 6 months before the expiration.

PS. my priority date is 10/28/2002.

I am using my own LC from Michigan.
